- Commercial goods: Imported goods with contracts - Customers the declarations on VNACCS system on their own.
- Non-commercial goods: Goods of agencies or organizations without commercial contracts - Customers open the declarations on their own or authorize the Post to open (send official dispatch to open declarations) on the VNACCS system.
- Gift: The company performs customs procedures on behalf of customers in the form of paper customs declaration.
